What you’ll do
Being in a lean UX/UI studio environment, you will be spearheading and taking care of multiple projects.
You will be an advocate for design and will be the visionary within your team on any project you work on.
You will be handling a team of at least 3-4 designers and be responsible for enhancing their output productivity and growth.
You will be working on projects across multiple domains - ranging from fintech, edu-tech, e-commerce, healthcare, agri-tech and many more depending upon the requirement of the studio during any course of time.
You will be interacting with leaders across different industries for projects. Typically the C-suite/VP.
You will be responsible for leading the UX research and study required for multiple projects with a team. This includes qualitative and quantitative research.
Within UX, you will manage projects end-to-end which include - Persona creation, Empathy mapping, User journey, User interviews, User testing,, Wireframing, Product Design and more.
You will also be expected to lead projects, drive design through impact and take ownership of how your work has helped organisations improve experiences and in turn businesses.
You will be working directly with the Design Director in decision-making for different projects that you would be handling.
You should have the ability to create and work on complex information architectures and define user journeys for complex products.
You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and innovative interface designs for digital products.
For your team, you should be able to direct and also be hands on. This also means directing by designing and using the software.
Job requirements
At least 4 years of experience with a strong understanding of both UX and UI.
Preferably a background with a design agency or leading products which showcases the experience of handling client requirements in depth.
A very strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines of the projects that are undertaken.
Ability to work solo and in a team. Proficient with software like Adobe XD and Figma (Must), Sketch (Good to have), Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin.
Strong communication and reasoning skills within designs.
